Forgotten your password?

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

1) enter your email address in the box provided - the one use used when you registered.
2) an email will be sent to you containing the new password and a link.
3) you must then follow the link in the email to activate your new password.
4) once activated, you will be able to log back in to the portal.
5) please change your password to a new one as soon as you can.
